Our main goal in breeding is breeding an excellent looking, good working weimaraner. If we plan a litter, we plan it a year in advance, to look for the best possible combination to become parents of our puppies.
Next to beauty, the dog must be healthy, balanced in mind, having excellent huntingskills (before and after the shot), so that we can be proud of those puppies carrying the name "Flanders Joy" !

Since my childhood I was passionated by dogs and had especially a preference for hunting dogs.
It was more than obvious that I choosed, together with my partner, for a breed that contains an athletic, sportive and a little bit of a naughty dog. For us, a Weimaraner is so much more than a companion dog in family connection.
Dependence of human company is extremely strong in this breed. Weimaraners give unconditional love and affection. They give children the feeling that someone cares about them, without any demand from their site. Their expression and manners let anyone smile, but these loving clowns become persistent defenders if necessary.
When we got our first dog, we were extremely charmed by the intelligence and sportsmanship of this dog - as small he even was - and obviously because of their wonderful looks. Please be careful, don’t let tempt you because of their beauty, because Weimaraners are the most dominant breed under the hunting dogs. Their education as a pup is, like most Weimaraners, a huge challenge. The experience with previous dogs was more than welcome and the dog school no superfluous luxury...
That’s how our dogs growned into a well balanced matured dog, with soft but firm education. Weekly, we train our dogs for showing, obedience and fieldwork. Now and then, we go to the fields were they can amuse them extremely in of what Mother Nature in this breed requires. If they are raised with other pets, they are always respectable. However, these cute dogs stay hunting dogs and now and then their disturbances of their instincts comes before all.
Dogs are in the centre of our lives and they take a very special place in our harts and family. Weimaraners are real naughty dogs who enjoys to nap with their legs in the air...
Occasionally we have puppies available to selected homes. Our goal is to place a puppy with the right character to the right people.
